An 18-20% gratuity for the captain and crew is customary and not included in the base rate. It can be added to your final invoice or paid in cash on the dock.

Yes, all ages are welcome. Children under 6 require a Coast-Guard-approved life jacket, which the captain provides at no charge.
If the captain calls it unsafe to sail (small craft advisory, lightning, sustained 25+ knot winds), you can reschedule to any available date within 12 months or receive a full refund of the deposit.
